All purchases will be packaged in cardboard shipping boxes (depending on the size of art and value) and are protected to ensure safe arrival.

we take great care in wrapping and the protection process of each piece. We have shipped hundreds of pieces Across Canada, into the USA, and overseas. If you have any questions feel free to contact us.

• Currency:  All pricing in Canadian dollars...  Instant 25% average savings for all U.S. Customers and artwork is exempt from the 13% HST (Harmonized Sales Tax) when shipped out of Canada....

• Free Local Shipping: We will gladly deliver your order for free within the city or you can purchase online and pickup at the gallery.

• Shipping from Canada to U.S. and Abroad: We ship artwork almost daily and we have shipped 100’s of pieces worldwide, we take great care in wrapping and the protection process of each piece. Whether it be Ceramics or Original Artwork you can expect a carefully packaged parcel, with foam, bubble wrap or packaging materials to ensure a safe delivery. All shipping is from Canada, and for US customers original Canadian artwork purchases and shipments are tax and duty free. All US & Foreign clients will be responsible for paying Import Fees or applicable taxes and duty upon receipt of their paintings.

• Shipping Fees: All shipping fees are pre-calculated for Canada and U.S.  All other countries will need to contact us directly through the website to arrange shipping fees.  All foreign clients will be responsible for paying all applicable taxes and duty upon receipt of their paintings.  

• Ready to Hang:  All paintings are shipped ready to hang, using professional grade wire and attachments.

• Returns / Damage During Shipping:  Unfortunately we cannot offer returns or refunds due to the high cost in shipping original pieces of artwork. If you would like more pictures or videos of a specific piece or have any questions let me know and we will be more than happy to help. If by chance there is damage to the artwork during the shipping process email us and we will work with you to fix any issues.
